Beginning on the afternoon of Monday, May 11 and concluding on Friday, May 15, 2026.

  • Monday, May 11th: Welcome Reception
  • Afternoon break is also provided on May 11, 2026
  • Breakfast, lunch, and breaks are provided May 12-14, 2026
  • Wednesday, May 13th: Exhibitor Reception
  • Thursday, May 14th: Poster Reception and Career Networking
  • Breakfast and morning break are provided Friday, May 15, 2026

Attendees are encouraged to stay at the host hotel, the Marriott La Jolla.
The special room rate and room block will close at 4:00 PM PST on April 18, 2026.

Ground Rules for All Attendees

  • Name badges are required for admittance to the technical sessions, exhibits, and other functions
  • Registration and badges may not be shared
  • Badges are ONLY to be used by the person named on the badge

Virtual Registration for Student and School Participants

SEE/SoCS is offering a VIRTUAL attendance for Student and School participants.

How to register:

  1. $500/School – there are no limitations on who at the School may be included (Students, Professors, etc.). A School representative will need to register and pay.  After registration is completed, an Excel registration form will be sent to the School contact to register students/staff. A virtual link to attend will be provided on May 8.

    For one School participant:
  2. $100/Student – Students at all levels are eligible.  On the Registration form, please use your School Affiliation and your School email address, even if you are working in the industry.  After registration is completed, an Excel registration form will be sent. Proof of School attendance is required. A virtual link to attend will be provided on May 8.    NOTE: School professors or consultants are not eligible for virtual and encouraged to attend!  If you have eligibility questions, please contact Teresa.Farris@archon-llc.com BEFORE you register!

Please note that presenting authors must register at the standard rate and are expected to be present in person.

There are no refunds offered for Virtual Attendance.
