SEE/SoCS Technical Registration includes:
Technical Sessions, Tutorials and Invited Speakers

Beginning on the afternoon of Monday, May 11 and concluding on Friday, May 15, 2026.

• Monday, May 11th: Welcome Reception
• Afternoon break is also provided on May 11, 2026
• Breakfast, lunch, and breaks are provided May 12-14, 2026
• Wednesday, May 13th: Exhibitor Reception
• Thursday, May 14th: Poster Reception and Career Networking
• Breakfast and morning break are provided Friday, May 15, 2026

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $100 cancellation fee for any Registrations
where a refund is requested due to inability to attend.
Refund requests for Technical and Exhibit Registration are due by March 31, 2026.

After that date, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Attendees are encouraged to stay at the host hotel, the Marriott La Jolla.
The special room rate and room block will close at 4:00 PM PST on April 18, 2026.

Ground Rules for All Attendees

• Name badges are required for admittance to the technical sessions, exhibits, and other functions
• Registration and badges may not be shared
• Badges are ONLY to be used by the person named on the badge

Registration for Attendees and Attendee Guests

Technical Attendee	Early: $850	After April 18: $1000
Student Attendee	Early: $350	After April 18: $400

Registered Attendees have a choice of guest badges

1. The Reception Guest Badge which provides access to the Registration Reception, Exhibitor Reception and Poster Reception, or
2. The Conference Guest Badge which provides access to all Breaks, Lunches, Registration Reception, Exhibitor Reception and Poster Reception.

NOTE: Guests do not have access to the Technical Sessions.
