The 2026 SEE/SoCS Exhibits are now open!

Space is available for Industrial Exhibits at a cost of $2,500.00 per exhibit. Each six-foot exhibit space includes a table, two chairs, Wi-Fi, electricity upon request, one Technical Program registration, and two Exhibitor Only badges per booth (additional exhibitor personnel may be added for $300.00 each).

NOTE: this is a table top only exhibit! There is no room for a 10-foot exhibit booth!

Exhibits will run for two days:

• Wednesday, May 13
  • Set-up from 7:15 a.m.– 9:15 a.m
  • Exhibits open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with morning and afternoon breaks, a buffet lunch, and an evening reception around the exhibit tables
• Thursday, May 14
  • Open from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a morning break and lunch buffet, with exhibitor raffles, around the exhibit tables
  • The Exhibitor Raffle drawing will be held at the end of lunch
  • Tear-down after 2:00 p.m.

Exhibitors will receive:

• 1 Technical Program registration (non-transferable)
• 2 Exhibitor Only badges
• Additional Exhibitor Only badges (3 max) for $300.00 each
• A link to their company/organizational website posted on the SEE/SoCS Exhibitor Page

Exhibitors are encouraged to stay at the host hotel, the Marriott La Jolla.
The special room rate and room block will close at 4:00 PM PST on April 18, 2026.
